Built in 1962
If you’ve ever wanted your own real-life Tower of London replica for just over $200k, here’s your chance! This is one of the craziest architectural stories I’ve heard in a while, but apparently, it’s legit. While having to sign a waiver before entering may be a slight cause for concern, this beaut will no doubt make someone’s spooky castle dreams come true.
Here’s the realtor’s description.
“One of PEI’s most recognized tourist sites in days gone by is for sale. The famous Dunvegan Castle was completed in 1962 and built one to three scale of the original. The property has seen some new wiring, new plumbing, new well, upgraded flooring, and some septic work. You will find a stone castle, 30 foot statue of Nelson’s Column, miniature Robbie Burns and Glamis castle, a stone fence and mote around the cottager castle. There is lots of room to build another home on the property and have this incredible piece of history in your backyard all overlooking the Long River. Dare to dream on this one as the bones are all in place. It needs some care but the possibilities are endless. It certainly could be a summer cottage at present but some properties like this are unique and possibilities are endless. ***All people viewing the property MUST sign the waiver before entering the property***.”
