Maybe it was watching Scooby Doo reruns as a kid. Maybe it was the impression Boo Radley’s house left on me from To Kill a Mockingbird. Or maybe it was the sinister yet enticing appeal of the Klopeks’ house in The ‘Burbs.
Whatever the case, the love of the quintessential spooky house was seared into my mind from a young age. And it’s something I just can’t seem to shake.
That’s why I decided to create Spooky Houses for Sale. I scour the internet to find amazing old homes that look like they could be straight out of a horror movie or murder mystery.
And best of all, you can actually buy them. All are from legitimate real estate listings, and you can find the links at the bottom of each post.
